fall vs autumn 

미국에서는 fall을 주로 사용한다.

얘들아, 안녕. 선생님이 알려줄게 있어. 

Good morning class. I have an announcement.

= Good morning student. 

= Hey class/Hello everyone, guess what! 유쾌한 선생님

= I have something to tell everyone. 뭔가 중요한 사안

= I wanna announce something. have an an announcement 사용이 자연스럽다.

= I have an announcement (to make) we have a quiz next week. pop quiz는 깜짝 퀴즈이다.

이달 말에 가을 축제가 있단다.

We have a fall festival at the end of this month.

 

신난다. 축제 때 저희는 뭘 하나요? 

Cool. What can we do for the festival?

cf) What can I do for you?

너희들이 관심 있는 거 뭐든지. 

Whatever you are interested in it.

= Whatever you like/want.

= Whatever floats your boat.

노래나 댄스 경연대회 혹은 연극에서 연기를 할 수도 있어.

You can join a singing or dance contest or acting a play.

양식을 나눠줄게. 

I'm going to hand out a form.

참여하고 싶은 형식에 표시를 하렴.

댄스 경연대회 참가자가 너무 많구나.

There are much more participants for the dance contest.

= join = choose to join = take part in = participate in = sign up for

누구 다른 활동으로 옮기고 싶은 사람 없니?

Does anyone want to move to another activity?

그럼 저는 대신 노래 경연대회 참가할게요.

Then I wanna join the singing contest instead.

저는 연극팀에 넣어주세요.

알겠다. 이제부터는 팀별로 방과후에 연습하면 돼.

네, 저희는 한복을 입으려구요.

Yes, we are going to wear traditional Korean outfit.

아~ 한복을 입을거야?

Oh, you are wearing hanbok?

네, 근데 저희가 집에 다 한 복이 있는게 아니어서 빌릴거에요.

Yes, but not everyone of us has hanbok at home, so we are going to rent.

잘했다. 그럼 선생님이 한복을 대여할 수 있는 좋은 곳을 알아봐줄게.

Great, then I will find a good place to rent hanbok.

그래주시면 제 부담이 많이 줄어드네요. 감사합니다.
