    phone based lesson 전화영어


    Many Korean people are interested in learning English. There are many study methods.


    Some parts of studying English require rote memorization.

    -> rote memorization 단순암기


    However practice is the only way to become a fluent speaker.

    -> fluent in English/Chinese

    cf) It takes many years to become a fluent speaker.

    cf) I know a little Japanese, but I'm not a fluent speaker.


    Some speaking lessons take place over the phone.

    -> over the phone 서로 대화를 주고받다, on the phone 전화기에 대고 말하는(눈에 보이는 형상 중심)

    cf) The interview will take place over the phone.

    cf) Most of our conversations took place over the phone.


    The teacher dials up the student and they speak 5 to 30 minutes a day.

    -> make a phone call 전화를 걸다.


    This continues exposure helps people to get over their shyness.

    cf) You can't meet anyone unless you get over your shyness.

    cf) To get over your shyness, It's good to join a club.


    Of course, there is a plan curriculum. 


    The classes are popular among people's who don't have time to attend actual classes.

    cf) Internet lectures are good for people who can't attend actual classes.

    cf) It's difficult to learn a language if you don't attend actual classes.


    Nowadays, thanks to high speed Internet, Some lessons take place through video calls.


    The lessons are specially good for students and office workers who are pressed for time.

    -> be pressed for time 시간에 쫒기다.

    cf) We are always pressed for time on Mondays. 

    cf) If you prepare now, you will be pressed for time later learn(?)


    It's wore the shot(?) 맞나?

    It's easy to find a good hair salon in Korea.

    Famous hair designers have chained across the country.

    There are also lots of local salons.

    For popular salons, digitals need to make an appointment in advance.

    -> make a reservation 장소예약(호텔, 음식점) vs make an appointment 시간약속(병원, 미용실, 마사지)


    It's also both to decide forehand whether you want to dye your hair, get a perm or just get your haircut.

    -> get a hair cut

    cf) I'm going to haircut 틀린 문장이지만 구어체에서는 사용하기도 한다.


    Many people go to salons often do their root.

    -> do one's root 뿌염


    We new(?) arrived at the salon and assistant wash your hair.

    Then you can discuss style with the stylist.

    If you have split in or damaged hair, you can get a hair treatment.

    After your hairless(?) cut and it is wash again.

    At the end, the hair designers will style your hair.

    molar 어금니


    About a month ago, one of my molars heard so badly that I couldn't take anymore.

    I went to a dental clinic, it turned out that I have cabitis(?) to of(?) my teeth.

    For one two, I just got a feeling. Thankfully, I didn't rear/near root(?) now.

    I had one before and it was exclusate(?). However the other cabiti was a different story.

    It was so bad, the dentist decide to remove the tooth.

    I receive energthsia/anerthsia(?), so I didn't it hard much.

    However it took a long time stop to blood in.

    I had to get a dental implant. The implant was not cover by insurance. so it was very expensive.

    I have about to take better care on my teeth.


    4.27

    Taste is adjective(?). Everyone has different taste on food. Some people like salty food well others like mark flavors. Some enjoy spicy foods, but others can handle the hit.

    And addition to personal preference, a persons tastes maybe affective by food allegy.

    For example, I have friends who are logic to selfish.
