Talk about signing up at a sports center.

I recently felt the need to exercise, so I visited a large sports center in my neighborhood.

I got counseling on various different sports.

I received explanations on the gym, swimming, aquarobics, spin classes, yoga and tennis.

Classes were offered at various times, and I was able to choose the days of the week for my classes.

I signed up for swimming lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I think there's nothing better than swimming for cardio exercises.

I also registered for yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays to improve my flexibility.

I know a lot of people who rave about yoga, so I decide to try it for myself.

Because I signed up for two classes, I received a free pass for the gym.

I plan to stop by the gym every day when I visit the sports center for weight training.

Every time I vowed to exercise in the past, I failed.
