    However, the biggest health risk in the summer these days is air-conditioning sickness.


    People stay in air-conditioned rooms for too long, and they are exposed to a lot of cold wind.


    As a result, many people suffer from cold-like symptoms.

    They feel light-headed, have a runny nose, or get a sore throat.
