Talk about when you got orthopedic treatment.

Last month, I was getting some exercise.

I must have overdone it, because my knee began to hurt.

I thought that with restern beization? it will get better soon.

However, it only got worse.

There was a constant throbbing pain in my knee.

I went to see an orthopedist. The doctor told me I had an inflammation.

I had to receive physical therapy.

I test at first, but my knee soon felt much better.

-> I tensed up at first, but my knee soon felt much better.

Afterwards, I received a prescription for medication.

I had to take the pills three times a day, after meals. I soon got better. 

However, I try to take it easy when I exercise these days.
